"Took my mother's voucher had her sign a lease in June told her she would move in August. It's been a whole month no inspection was done, now no move in, I guess they gave the apartment to one of there "friends". Make no since for her to need a new voucher when the voucher we gave the young lady on 47th and Drexel in June doesn't expire until August 8th. You guys had her voucher since June. She is Elderly and you guys will be reported."

"Who ever the supervisor Kevin is,when I called about this property so rude I’ve been a Pangea resident for 7 years recently had a baby so was my reasoning to move to a two bedroom he kept over talking me and was rude telling me I wasn’t eligible for. Transfer that my rent wasn’t paid and it was. My current property manager Davina is the best and I wish she had more units in my building at this point I don’t think I want to rent with Pangea any longer. The property I called about was 5046 s Champlain"
