"Overall, I’ve had great experiences with the people here. HOWEVER, Mac properties NEEDS to fix/replaces the elevator they are a safety hazard and break down almost every single day if not twice a day. The elevators have received conditional certification from the city for the last 3 years and truly are a safety concern for everyone in this building. There is also no way of using the stairs as they are always locked. Mac is willing to refurbish the lobby and paint hallways but not willing to actually provide SAFE AND WORKING elevators."

The dedicated staff and technicians working in the building are another important reason I like to live here. The staff is very nice and passionate, and the service is professional and fast. They make me feel a sense of community and home. Great place to live!"

She was professional, responsive and always solution focused. I had very few issues at The Shoreland but when something arose, Ms. Hamilton was able and willing to address it.
