"I lived in Aqua for only 12 months but I will never forget my time living there. Since the moment I walk into the building I feel already at home. The front desk staff are the best, you feel them as family by the way they greet you every time you walk by. They transmit such a positive energy, all of them. Keep it up!! The maintenance team are super efficient and pro-active, I mean efficient when their response time is within hours. Management is excellent at customer service, you can see them walking up and down the building and most important, they show their face, the main office is always open for tenants to walk in. Thank you Alicia for going the extra-mile with my special request. They do care about the service they provide to their tenants. I have moved many times during my life but leaving Aqua behind has been the hardest so far. You can't go wrong making Aqua your next residence."

"Love front desk staff. Elevators is what I have a problem with. One month after moving in some idiot flooded all of them. 2-3 months after we are still waiting for the parts, and another elevator is down. So we are now at 52 floors using 2 elevators , 1 yesterday bc of a move…wait times are 20 minutes. If you are on a higher floor you stop at nearly 6 floors before you get to your floor. Probably not going to renew my lease."

"I have lived at Aqua for a year and could not be happier. I would give more than 5 stars if possible. The unit is beautiful with a giant wrap around balcony and incredible views. The amenities are not only numerous, they are always serviced and in outstanding condition. The gym is impressively large and up to date, the indoor and outdoor pools are terrific, and you can't beat having the hotel restaurant downstairs. The management staff is kind, helpful, and I am blown away at the responsiveness of the maintenance crew. I thought a day or two would be decent, a couple of hours is the standard here - blown away. They are not just prompt but friendly. Finally, the staff at the desk in the lobby are pretty phenomenal. I will particularly miss Renee, Bill, and Mike - great people. Thank you for an amazing experience."

"This is an absolutely phenomenal building! My wife and I lived on the 29th floor for about two years and only moved out because of a job opportunity in a different state. We were so sad to leave the Aqua!! Please note that the hotel is the first ~20 floors are the hotel, the next ~30 floors are the Aqua rentals, and the top ~30 floors are individually owned condominiums. The amenities are shared and are so huge and unbelievable. I can’t recommend this building enough. The staff (everyone from the doormen, the maintenance people, and the office staff) are very kind and helpful."

"Aqua is one of the most unique buildings in the world. Each balcony is unique in size & shape giving the appearance of water flowing in waves. The balconies are also functional as they break up wind shear around the building. You can stay in the Radisson Hotel on floors 1 - 18 of the 81 story Aqua building. Nothing else is like it."
