"Roach motel. Roaches crawling all over the place. Extremely rude front desk. The weekend manager seems insane, babbles like a crazy woman. Scary. Panhandlers bugging you in the elevator. Noisy at night. Super ghetto. Near Midway airport, makes Chicago look bad. Spend a dime and stay someplace even a wee bit nicer. You will regret staying here."
"The maintenance man named Santiago entered my room at 10am with his key and did not even knock. He claimed it was check out time, but check out is not till 11. I called the manager lady downstairs about it. He had her support. No one apologized. It will be the hotels fault if I have to protect myself. Then manager said the single rooms don't get towels."
"First off I'd like to start out by saying that if I could have given this place no stars I would have. Worst! Motel! Ever! This place was horrifying. There were 5! Count em 5! Rat traps in my room. Countless roach traps. The person in the room next to me was smoking crack and masturbating all through the night. There are holes in the walls. My bad had a mysterious brown stain. There's 1 outlet...in the bathroom. TV dosent work. 4 broken light fixtures just hanging from the walls. You don't even get a doorknob. There's a creepy jug of mysterious opaque liquid that I found UNDER the bed just casually sitting in a wicker basket. Each of the legs of my bed are sitting inside of small Tupperware containers inside of bigger Tupperware containers....I was told this was to keep the bedbugs off of the bed. They lock the lobby at 11pm to prevent sex trafficking and drug use. My dresser which has 5 drawers only has one handle with broken shards of metal sticking out of the remaining drawers. I have traveled all around the country and I've stayed in some pretty bad motels in my day...but this was hands down the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I plan on calling the health department in the morning. This place should be condemned. I feel sorry for everyone that has to live in this place. the staff even seem like they hate this place."
