"I have been at Chestnut Trees for a little over two years. I am moving out due to a job change at another state. Sure the apartments are a bit older but the prices can’t be beat. I was comfortably renting a spacious 2 bed room that I am sad to be giving up. Diane the property manager is great. Her communication is great, she is on top of everything. The property is fairly small. The community is quiet depending on where your unit is. The property is fairly close to the interstate, so if your unit is far from the Main Street entrance, you’ll definitely hear the interstate. Randy the maintenance guy is fairly great. He’s also on top of things. Again, the apartments are a bit outdated but I would rent again with this property in a heart beat if I ever come back to live in Birmingham."

"I have lived at Chestnut Tree Apts for 1.5 years now and I have had a great experience. The apartments are not the most up to date, but the staff and affordable pricing definitely makes up for it! I have had to submit a few maintenance requests and Randy is always so respectable and kind when he comes to fix whatever the issue is, I have never had to wait more than a day to have something fixed! It's a great location to 65 and my neighbors are all quiet and friendly. Diane, the manager, lives on site, knows her tenants by name and is always kind and helpful!"

"Just began my lease here, but I am already impressed. Diane, the manager, is quick, efficient, and has been very helpful with all of my questions. Also, the maintenance crew is excellent. When I moved my stuff in, the oven wasn't working (I think it just wasn't plugged in), and we thought the outlets in one room weren't working. When we returned, maintenance had already fixed the issues, determined that the lamp we were using to test the outlets had a bad bulb, replaced the bulb (and even left a spare!), tightened my wobbly lamp, fixed up the oven, and even brought a hose and installed the washing machine I had just moved in. And on top of the wonderful staff, the apartment was so nice, clean, and spacious."
