"A great value with comfortable, large rooms! Breakfast buffet was tasty and staff was friendly and helpful. It IS an older hotel and a few things weren't working,like one of the two ice machines for a six floor location, one elevator stopped working during our time. Rooms, hallways and lobby were very clean."

"Be very careful with this place because they take your money and justify it with damage to the room, I stayed one night for work from 8 pm to 7 am and they never called me to notify me of damage and they simply steal $300 from me justifying damage that I never made it and the person I spoke to was simply rude and they make fraud with your money. This place simply steals your money with a false justification. Be very careful with these people"

It's unfortunate that many large corporations only prioritize transactions, leaving customers feeling like an inconvenience rather than valued guests. However, my recent stay at Hyatt Place was a delightful departure from this norm. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and sincerity. Unlike the indifferent attitudes prevalent elsewhere, the staff here exuded genuine happiness to see me. The place smelled nice, and the room was suitably clean. However, what truly stood out was the genuine hospitality exhibited during breakfast. A friendly staff member went above and beyond, distributing bottled waters and Gatorade with cheerful greetings to every guest. The breakfast wasn't that great, but as I ate I couldn't help but notice the positive energy around the employees. Their lively conversations about their personal lives, including topics like church and their pastors, painted a picture of fulfilled and content individuals. I commend both the management and the employees for fostering such a welcoming environment. If you're seeking a hotel where you're not just another credit card to swipe, but a valued human, I recommend this establishment. Thank you for making our family feel truly welcomed."

"After reading some of the reviews I was skeptical about booking. On arriving at the hotel it was very nice and classy looking. It smelled wonderful and I was greeted by an entourage of beautiful friendly ladies( Im assuming employees). On entering my room I wasn't sure what to expect because of the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to discover a very clean, well equipped & very spacious room! The furnishings were clean & stylish. Breakfast was good.... better than most places. Mrs. Rosie was very friendly & welcoming to me & my family. We enjoyed our visit so much we plan to return for a stay durring spring break. The area has an abundance of amenities including a mall, a movie theater and almost every restaurant & shopping store you can think of which was a huge plus!"
