"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Moved in December 22nd 2023 and it’s been a nightmare since. Insulation is a joke in the guest bedrooms. Whatever temperature it is outside that’s how the room feels. We now have mold growing in the guest bedrooms windows due to all of the condensation leaking in. Master bathroom door handle fell off causing my kid to be stuck in the bathroom. Walls and floors are paper thin! Can’t even have a decent nights sleep at home because it sounds as though the neighbors allow their kids to practice gymnastics all day long. Oh and let’s not fail to mention, while cooking dinner last night, my entire kitchen sink fell in, called emergency maintenance and he just acted as though we were a bother. For $1800 a month this is beyond unacceptable! We will not be resigning our lease here!"
"I loved living at the Birchall at Ross Bridge! My floor plan is modern and open, the amenities of the community are great, and the grounds of the complex are well kept. The maintenance team is prompt and respectful, and the management team is respectful and helpful. I loved living here and am sad to be leaving the community- I wish I could take my apartment with me when I move!"
"Overall nice, quiet and clean. Bobby the maintenance man is great. The last reviewer complaining about valet trash..no thanks, the last place i rented charged $50 per month for it, now that's a rip off. You're probably causing the GNATS with all that trash you don't wanna take to the dumpster."
"I lived in the Birchall at Ross Bridge community for 3 years. It was an overall positive experience. I loved the 3 bedroom floor plan. It was so spacious and well designed. Lots of storage. The management was helpful and very responsive. Maintenance tickets were resolved within 1-2 days. I would recommend this community."
