"Just gotten my son in there and they are horrible and infested. They didn’t clean up anything and left a refrigerator which roaches can get in and are refusing to replace it. I’m going to contact federal authorities today because I tried to go higher and it seems that a shell company owns them. They have no corporate office nor contact for them every number is not accurate trust me save ya money and go pass this place."
"I have a friend that lives here. There is never anyone in the office. The number for 24 hour maintenance is disconnected. The apartments/condos flood. There is mold in the vents. They are outdated. Do not move here!!!"
"HUGE RATS AND I HAVEN'T BEEN MOVED IN 5 MONTHS YET…THEY MAKE THEY OWN PROCES EVERY-MONTH THE RENT LADY IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE ALWAYS AT HOME WHICH IS ALSO IN THE COMPLEX OVERALL J JUST DONG RECOMMEND MOVING TO THUS PLACE ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL"
"I stayed in 3104 apt.b and I started my lease in February of this year and moved out in October. The toilets were broke since day 1 , I told them over and over which caused plumbing issues and loaded up feces and urine in my carpet i have 2 little girls and it was tragic for them , it is a mice , roach , fly , infested apartment; outlets just hang out the wall ! Maintenance people are TRASH !!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY !!! Don’t even think about moving here and Ash the leasing agent all her big fat self do is sit in the office and eat snacks !! I would give this place -5 stars if I was able. Just don’t waste your money here when you can find nicer and people who take pride in their job."
"I just visited these apartments to do a job there. There's a huge shipping crate as soon as you reach the top of the hill covered in garbage, as well as the apartments themselves look in disrepair. I would advise people to steer clear of this place."
