"I am a life-long renter and have lived at Blue Ridge Villas for over 6 years. Living here is the best rental experience I have ever had anywhere. Our manager is pleasant, professional and on top of everything. She cares. Our maintenance staff is skilled and very timely. They also care. Blue Ridge Villas is a beautiful, peaceful and wonderful place to live. I cannot recommend it enough."
"I feel like I was discriminated against based on my race. No, the realtor did not state she wasn't leasing to black people or black females at that, but the way she and her calculate expenses is extremely odd. I make around 1916.80 after taxes monthly (sometimes more if over time is approved), I pay a car note of 310 monthly, their rent is $975 per month for a 2 br/2 ba townhome. The realtor said she couldn't lease to me because that puts me in a hole of $609. I told her $609 is approximately how much I would be left with after paying them and my car note alone. She told me that they go off percentage and I didn't make enough to afford the townhome. This place is unbelievable. I hope that someone sees through their mess and holds them accountable. That doesn't make sense."
