"Love how spacious my unit is. Ive had nothing but good experiences with management. My unit was clean me and my dogs love living here and going to the bark park. There are many stores nearby and restaurants. I would recommend living here if you want a spacious unit in Hoover."
"Ajah is the best, she was very polite and professional. She made the moving in process, smooth & pleasant. I moved in, in no time. The apartment was very clean , with no insects or critters in sight. The neighbors are quiet. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I love it here!"
"I’ve only been a resident here for about a month. And I can honestly say that it has been a refreshing experience compared to other complexes around the city. The leasing agent, Ajah, has been a rockstar. She’s very prompt when responding back to my emails and solving any issues that I run into. The maintenance team have been a pleasure to work with. Each request that I have submitted (it’s only been two) was tended to the same day. Each time that I see a staff member throughout the property, they always great me, either with a wave or a simple “Hello, how are you?”. I notice that previous reviews haven’t been that great, but my experience thus far has been stress-free."
"Likely the worst run facility in Alabama. Crystal and Asia have zero communication skills, don't follow up on inquiries and are always out of the office. I have been trying to get my deposit back since August and continue to get the run around from them. Stay away from this place!!!"
