"November I moved in and air was not working on move in date. Apartment had alot of issues that should had been fixed before move in but was not. Management couldn't seem to get it together and fix anything. Then in January a new Management comes took over. I was over it by then. But I gave the new manager Latoya a chance and she took care of everything I needed. She went above to make sure I was happy! So far so good, thanks Latoya for stepping in and helping me."

"A new management company Arlington Properties has taken over and right off the bat have been extremely combative and aggressive in their communications with their residents. I am not looking forward to them managing this property. Also be aware when looking for an apartment to add on about $300 to your base rent. We pay so much money for so little in return. Very ready for our lease to end."

"Charity is the absolute worst apartment manager ever ! She is fake and acts like she doesn’t even know what is going on and throws the blame on whoever leased the apartment. Not to mention overcharges for stuff she know nothings about. Good luck trying to talk to her too cause she acts like she has to take a call or has something important to do but really just doesn’t want to talk to you about her issues . That’s why the last two people working for her left ! They couldn’t stand her . Building 51 is infested with roaches and there were 4 tenants ready to move out ASAP as well ."

"Update from this day, it was fixed but week or so later went out again, I am now on day 3 of no A/C for the 4th month in a row, have not had working ac for a full month. Called on call yesterday before 7:30 and no response my apartment has been 76 degree for 3 days A/C has gone out every month I’ve lived here, went out weekend of memorial day. Posted a work order the 27th, they were open for Memorial Day, they forgot to fix my ac, finally got someone to call me, after I had to call the “on call guy” talk to someone who’s on call, but can fix the problem of no AC BEFORE 7:30 above 70 degrees. So still without AC. Still not fixed. And left photos of the wiring for AC. These pictures show you what $1300 a month for a 1 bed 1 bath apartment gets. Mold, possible termites and in protected AC wiring that goes out every month. Extremely unsatisfied, was told it’ll be 5000 to move out or 500 to move into what I got to save 100 dollars from a 2 bed 2 bath to a 1 bed 1 bath. Do not rent here, they do not care about you, they care about the money. Still dealing the the after effects of choosing too live here, they will probably go under new owners or management and then say it’s not their fault. Then say that you’re being aggressive for asking to fix the AC. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else"

"Eric Garner called us on a Friday to let us know our apartment was changed to a new unit because of “renovation issues.” We show up Monday to move in to the “cleaner and nicer” unit that is shown in photos. Later, Amanda Stone tells us that we had to actually change units because the residents wanted to stay in the unit, with no mention of renovation issues. We showed up Monday, where Bruce helped us check in to get our new keys. The photos show what we walked into as soon as we opened the door. We go back to the office, obviously shocked by what we walked into when Amanda Stone tells us that “Eric walked the unit on the previous Friday and it WASN’T like that…” The photos are from a video, so excuse if they are blurry. - The stove was missing all of the drip pans. - There were several cabinets hanging on one hinge. - There were scratches, missing paint and marks throughout every wall. - There were several roaches in the corners and all throughout the entire unit. Amanda Stone and Eric Garner should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for claiming this unit was move in ready. Obviously they didn’t even take the time to look at it. Amanda was polite, but it was almost as if it wasn’t really a big deal. Bruce was the only genuinely kind staff member. The other two weren’t necessarily rude, but acted very insensitive considering the circumstances. They thankfully did not hold us to the lease considering the condition of the unit. The only positive of the situation."
