"We've now bought 2 vehicles from Ray Skillman Avon, our first interaction in 2022 was not pleasant but productive none the less, as we left in a new to us car. After a very minor accident totaled the 1st car we purchased with an extended service warranty (thru Ray Skillman) we found ourselves back at the dealership to deal with the canceling of our old warranty and them paying us back the difference. That in itself I thought was pretty awesome, they bought back the time we would not be able to use the warranty. When purchasing our 1st car we left the dealership feeling very sore, as the finance manager at the time had a silver tongue and did not have the gul to back up his words. Leaving us paying for things that were said to have been 'throw in to sweeten the deal'. So this go around, we were apprehensive but very interested in a specific Dodge so we went back again to try and get it. The sales staff was extremely curious and friendly, minus the persistent, borderline obsessive phone calls the days leading up to our purchase. They did not try to sale us a different vehicle or push anything on us as far as extras go. They informed us of options and were very respectful of our choices. This time around the new finance manager was very polite, personable, helpful, upfront, open, and honest. All qualities we appreciated greatly as this was not a minor purchase nor something we wanted to have sugar coated and covered in deceitful sprinkles. Over all I think the new and still remaining team they have is of a much higher caliber than they used to be and I would recommend you giving them a chance as I know they will do their best for you without passing judgment or pushing you to do anything your not comfortable with."
