"I have nothing but high praise and appreciation for this body shop. They restored my faith in the Ray Skillman brand in all honesty. I had taken my vehicle to another Ray Skillman Collision Center who participated in State Farm's Selective Service program thinking that would help streamline repairs and documentation. Well it did quite the opposite. I had front end damage, primarily on the driver side, and I ended up moving my car to this location after several attempts at the eastside collision center and a corrective repair estimate that was done by a State Farm appraiser. I should have come to the Avon location from the get go! I was greeted by Greg and he immediately looped in the general manager, Myra, whom I ended up working with directly. The team there made my car look like brand spanking new again! This is what I expected my brand new 2023 KIA Telluride to be returned to me looking like. Here are a few things that really stood out to me at this shop: their professionalism - everyone I interacted with was great, attention to details - getting all the lines and gaps closed and not jimmy rigging it, paint - no orange peel, even application, matches the car exactly, and their high integrity of customer service. "I finally received my Mustang back after 2 months of being in repair. It looks really good and did not expect anything less and the paint matched perfectly! Look at the before and after photos to judge yourself! However, one of my expensive seat cushions with heat and cool was ripped (see attached photo) at the pocket and now I can’t find these seat cushions anywhere unless I want to order overseas."
