Caliber Collision

"Where do I begin? I had the accident on October 31, 2023. I did not get my car back until December. In the meantime, I was supposed to get updates. Insurance said they were going to total the vehicle. Justin tells me they are not. I went to get my stuff out of my car and all of the damaged parts were in the back of my car and the back seat area. Then, insurance decides they are not going to total it. They put used headlights in my car and then they didn't replace the pinstripping. They never mentioned it and now I believe it was because they hoped I wouldn't notice. They said, the striping was on backorder and agreed to do the entire car because they couldn't get the Chevy emblem. I could care less about the Chevy emblem, I just want my car to look complete and not like it had been in an accident. The old manager at least called me back once but now he is no longer there. I still don't have any answers on the pin striping because no one communicates anything there. I'm reaching out to insurance and filing a BBB report. I'm tired of trying with this company. Never again will I deal with them. Nor, will I recommend them to anyone!!!"

"Someone hit my vehicle and I was referred to Caliber to have the repair work completed. They were awesome and so responsive. They made sure to keep me updated about the status and what stage my car was in on the repair process. I also has a rental and I was able to leave the rental there and they organized the return for me. I then hears noise a couple of weeks after the repair and they got in quickly qnd determined that it was actually a brake issue. I appreciated them even willing to look at it for me. This was one of the best experiences I ever had definitely recommended them 1000%. George, Carrie and Shelby will definitely get you taken care of."
