"I took my car to this mechanic on a Monday. Everytime i called he kept putting it off saying he'll get to it tomorrow. I told him it was my work car and I need it done. He said he'd get to it in 30 minutes. I called him 2 hours later and he still hadn't even looked at it. Finally after 4 days I was fed up and decided to go take my car somewhere else. He was closed at 4 even though it says open till 9:30. Went back the next day early and the sign still said closed even though he was open. Very unprofessional. Wasted a day's pay and tow truck fees taking it to this shop."

"I was definitely charged for an allignment that was never done. They do not have an allignment rack so if you are being charged for an allignment or they have told you you need an allignment and they add it to your bill.....don’t believe them! They done me right every where else so easy work, quick work...this garage is an ok bet but they did charge me for an allignment that they didn’t do! I just took my car to firestone for a front end check an allignment check. The allignment DEFINITELY was never done by Servico Mechanico!!!"
