Kroger

"This store is very nice. They have a Murray's Cheese, with a very large variety of cheese (including 2 different raclettes!). The store is very clean and well stocked, and there were no pallets of stock blocking the aisles. The bakery discount area is located at the back of the store, adjacent to the door to the back room. So, I had to step out of the way a couple of times while I was looking for a deal. The employees are friendly and helpful."

"If you have to pick-up your groceries, do it at another store. I received an email saying my pick up order would be on-time as scheduled, but received a voicemail at the same time saying my pick-up order would be ready around closing time. Usually no big deal, I called to confirm which time I should be at the store because I received a conflicting email/voicemail. The girl on the phone at Kroger said she didn't know, and when I asked to confirm with someone that is sure she laughed at me, said inappropriate things and hung up on me. I was so confused and taken back I called customer service (Veka) and she only confirmed my time. Now when I order pick-up my order is ready hours after the scheduled time and it feels like it’s on purpose now. I'm sure it was just a teenager that originally picked up the phone, but she should learn manners if she's at a job where she converses with people"

"The music is great. I had a wonderful chat with the nice man named Bruce who plays the piano. The music creates a great atmosphere in the store."

"I don't have much bad to say about this Kroger. The store is very clean and the staff is a always friendly. There is also a "Bistro" with a wide variety of food selections, which me and my office mates visit for lunch often. This grocery is not the most convenient one, but I will go out of my way for the quality, cleanliness, and the customer service."
