"There is no one hour pick up at this location. Ordered printer at lunch time and drove to the store after work. Got there maybe at 4pm. Maybe not fully staffed to get orders ready in time."

"I went in, planning to make a purchase. Unfortunately, after standing in front of headphones for over 20 minutes with no assistance, I walked out. The store was very slow and several employees were talking to each other instead of helping me get the item out of the locked case. Disappointing."

"Called in an order for pick up. It was ready, as indicated. All went well outside of the associate helping me. I never got asked for my ID, so I'm not sure how they knew I was who I claimed to be, but he was helpful outside of that misstep."

"I was greeted by security the moment I walked in, which was very welcoming, as well as relieving to also share the same ethnic background in an area where there are very few people of color. My previous visit here a few years ago made me uncomfortable because I experienced mild racism from a few of the customers which made me very hesitant to return. However, I managed to make my way back after quite some time because I needed to make a quick stop to purchase a specific item. I looked around for assistance and had to wait because everyone was helping another customer. Fortunately, I didn't have to wait too long to be assisted and I was able to make a satisfying purchase with the help of the staff."

"Our dryer went out with 2 loads of laundry to do before vacation. Went to BB and made a quick decision on a new W/D combo since ours was 16 yrs old. It was suggested to purchase a new washer hook up pkg which we did. Delivery was to be in 2 days so time to do the rest of the laundry. When the delivery guys arrived we were informed we needed a new dryer vent pkg because they couldn't use the old one for liability reasons. No one told us this when we purchased. You would think it would be an automatic thing to include if you can't use the old one. Would be good customer service to include it. Or at least tell the customer they need one. We planned to put these on the current pedestals that were under the old W/D. We stated this to the sales person. We found out from the delivery men they couldn't mount them on the existing pedestals. Liability again. Then when we scheduled delivery for after vacation it was changed twice. Not a good experience at all. We did end up receiving a free vent pkg after relating to a manager the issues we'd dealt with. Should have given us pedestals!"
