"After Sonnie took it upon himself to order a part I did not advise him to order I was then charged for said part which I didn’t even receive although I DID receive a bill much higher than another company which actually did a quality job and the work that I had hired them to do. Sonnie was supposed to look at my capacitor and then I began hearing a bunch of banging downstairs which was apparently him removing my blower motor which I did not advise him to do, Long story short I was charged for work I did not ask him to do and received very poor customer service, I would absolutely not recommend this individual for any heating and cooling needs"
