"I just had to leave a review about this even though it’s not related to us purchasing anything. We were traveling home when my daughter got sick. We didn’t have anything for her to throw up in so we pulled over at this auto zone because it was right in front of us. I ran in and just asked for a couple of trash bags, which a male employee in a grey shirt gave us. I thanked them and left, thinking nothing of it. Then a minute or so later he came outside and gave us paper towels and some car detailer in case she threw up on anything. It was was a small gesture but extremely kind and meant a lot to our family. It’s nice to know someone treated us and acted like we were real people. It was an act of kindness that deserved recognition and I am grateful for it. From our family, thank you."
"I live in Oklahoma City so when I had car trouble in Michigan, I was very nervous. I stopped in to AutoZone to see if they could check my battery. Dee was wonderful, she checked my battery and I'm not sure it could have been more dead! She hooked me up with a brand new battery and while she was ringing me up Max hooked up the battery. And we all lived happily ever after! Lol"
