"I totaled my family vehicle by colliding with a deer about 5 miles from this towing business. The state troopers that assisted me called this tow company on my behalf. While I appreciated the efforts of the officers, I really wished they would have called another company. The truck driver was the most rude, arrogant, unprofessional service provider I have dealt with as an adult. Once he hooked up, he informed me that he would not tow our vehicle to our home as his company didn't deal with my insurance (Informed him I had full coverage, with towing included). We asked to speak with dispatch, the dispatch said that they could bill our insurance. Upon hearing her, he became irrate and yelled at her, " WE DON'T BILL THAT INSURANCE". He told me we have to take my vehicle to a body shop so they could collect payment from the body shop. Speaking to my agent on the phone, I was told all the company needed to do was request reimbursement for services. However, he would not listen saying it was not possible for them to bill my insurance and agaisnt policy. Had it not been very late, and my family being stranded, I would have rejected service and found another tow company. However, we had the vehicle delivered to a local body shop. Once delivered, and after asking a simple question, he yelled causing me to do so as well. After some tensions cooled, he actually told me that he " had a bad day". I just totaled my vehicle, stranded my family and myself on vacation and have my service provider is complaining to the customer about his day, during his work hours. I was appalled to say the least. On top of that the 30 mile tow was nearly $450, which was paid by guess what, my insurance! On a bad night, this company made things far worse. I wouldn't recommend them to an enemy! Have had way better treatment and rates from Fiers Towing."

"The best in the business. DNR automatically called them out for a rollover, they got there, helped us air up the tires as much as we could and they go “just drive it out”. They came to the parking lot to make sure we got out and wouldn’t accept anything for their time. Just some genuine people trying to help others which is hard to find these days. Keep up the great work and you’re first on our call list if we ever need it."
