"Purchased parts online that their system said were in stock. Went to pick them up the next day and was told “sometimes it says stuff is in stock online when it’s not”. I’ve purchased parts online for pickup many times from this location without an issue, now an employee tells me it’s a common occurrence? To make things worse he offered no remedies beyond cancelling the order and checking the Shelby location which was also out of stock. I was a counter sales person at a parts store for 4 years and I know mistakes happen, but the apathy I witnessed to this situation was not a good look."
