"Ordered a part online after 6 pm, and it arrived at 2pm the next day. Bought a few other items when I went to pick it up. Very nice auto parts store. There were 3 people working and everyone was busy. Great selection of parts and products for your automotive repairs."
"Id give them no stars if I could. Absolutely the worst part store I've ever dealt with. Never have the parts they say they have. Don't have the stuff I got emailed saying was ready for pickup. And half the people there don't know anything. I have never dealt with such Idiocracy with a part store in my entire life. This last transaction will be my last for napa. Absolutely ridiculous."

"I had an emergency today while driving down US 31 with my wiper blade in a down pour and stopped in and explained the problem and they fixed it for me so I could safely make it to holland with my mom and my 5 year old. They are absolutely amazing and I will not soon forget this act of kindness! Thank you fellas!! Happy Easter!"
