"I am from Ohio on vacation with family and have been coming to the dunes for the past 35 years. I have a brand new Polaris Razor in which the gear shift indicator came off in the dunes and it would not accelerate. A friend who has a vacation property recommended DS Motorsports instead of having to drive to Baldwin or Muskegon to a Polaris dealer. Once I arrived at DS Motorsports Dave went above and beyond to provide great customer service in which I had a mechanical issue on the razor and it was fixed within 10 minutes. Dave is an honest and high character salesman and person. I also purchased four harnesses for the razor and Dave was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and his #1 priority is safety and creating valuable memories at Silver Lake that will last a lifetime. I will definitely recommend this business to anyone I have contact with and they truly provided great customer service and they are very knowledgeable of the side by side industry.
