"This company is complete trash and I would not recommend them to anyone. We replaced all of our windows and our sliding door to the backyard. The installers left installation in the children's room and sharp aluminum cut outs were around each window. I have five children and this was a huge safety concern. My husband and I also noticed that there was a curve in the screen sliding door so it did not shut properly. Power did come out to do a final inspection. We Expressed our concerns to them about the door and the sharp aluminum and they were not very apologetic. Shortly after that conversation , a technician was sent out to adjust our door and he said it really wasn't that bad. After going back and forth with the technician the door was eventually fixed. Now, too fast forward several months later. The front window is not passing the city inspection. The inspector has come out three times now and power is giving me the run around. I called the company last week and told them we have failed the city inspection and and was told that they would look into the issue and call me back the next day. It has been a week and I still have not heard from anyone. I called power again today and was told that nothing had been done with my call from last week and they will send somebody out in march to take a look at my window again. The salesman that come to the house do a great job. They claim the company is built on integrity. But so far this company has been nothing but a headache. If I knew then what I know now I would never get involved with power."

"I’m not going to go into much detail because this company has already wasted enough of my time. Just posting these pictures for anyone who is looking to get a bay window installed. We paid over 10k for this specific window, for them to leave it open and disgusting like this. RVP and management team did not seem to care. They will act like they do in the beginning to get your sale, but will show no remorse afterwards."

"You don't always get what you pay for. We had Power install siding, gutters, and new doors. The first issue was when the sales rep asked me to sign something for a credit check. What he actually had me sign was a credit application. A large line of credit was then opened in my name, which we didn't want to do. I feel this was a bit deceptive. While our house looks nice, we don't feel the work done matches the price we're being asked to pay. There are some less-than-perfect areas. No one ever came to do a post-work inspection either. I was advised that the company normally sends someone, but they're short-staffed. They also left a dumpster bag in our driveway for over three weeks. It took multiple calls before if was removed. Some of the other issues we have were empty beer bottles and food left in our garage. Some of the work had to be redone. Our cable and internet line being cut and out for two days. I had to find an alternate place to work as I work from home. They also cracked our outdoor outlet and broke the protective cover. No one mentioned this to us. Some of our landscaping was removed or heavily pruned to the point it now looks bad. Again, no one asked if this was okay. A window screen was also torn/snagged in multiple places. I contacted Power about the issues and was advised I would receive a response in 1 to 2 business days. It took several days for someone to contact us and come out to investigate. When they did, they offered a laughable credit and attempted to remedy a couple of things. Someone tried to replace the broken outlet but ended up cutting the power to our garage. The manager took the screen to repair but did a terrible job on it. I didn't have the chance to inspect the screen repair because they left it on our neighbor's porch. While they're more expensive than competitors, we went with Power because they assured us they were the best and stood behind their work. The sales rep assured us Power puts their customers first. So far, they haven't. This company appears to have overextended their capabilities in delivering the exceptional work they promised."

"I can’t recommend this company. We had gutters installed on our house. They looked good until it rains. They were installed wrong from the beginning. We had them out once to repair them from leaking. They don’t leak any more but neither do they drain. The installers never installed the drain hole in for the downspout and now I have 2 gutters that just over fill with water. It’s been 3 weeks of me calling and nothing getting corrected. They have been really nice the phone. I will keep trying to get them out to fix this."
