"Fake multipoint inspection results. I took my vehicle for scheduled oil change and multipoint inspection. Agent did not present the inspection results. When I asked for the standard sheet with all the results: brake pads, tire inspection etc. He produced a page that contained fake information. I.e. it said that the rear brake pads had only 5mm left when they are actually brand new. Feldman management: we go to the dealership and pay extra (compared to other shops) because of the multipoint inspection, else I can do the oil change myself or just go to any shop. Chevrolet: this shop should be inspected, very shady stuff going on here. Will never return."
"Not happy with the service. Took my Camaro for an oil change. They didn't do a multi-point inspection (the usual inspection even) and they didn't even put the name of the oil used too - not even the grade of the oil. Plus, I expected that they would check the tire pressure too and would make sure that it stays at the recommended level, nope that was not done even. Probably, I am not taking my car there for my next service. Will look at some other Chevrolet Service centers."
"Awful experience. Took over a week to fix what I was told was a very simple problem. But my main issues was, zero communication from the service department. They never even called me to tell me it was done! I emailed the manager my concerns and also received zero communication from him."
"Received a mailing. Addressed to my deceased husband of 15 yrs. I bought my last 5 vehicles on my own not his name or credit. He never lived in my condo I am visibly shaken will tell people NOT to buy from unfeeling people"
"Doesn't offer loaner cars. Offers to take you to a rental company. They take their sweet time fixing your vehicle and you end up with nearly 2 weeks of rental payments. Service also seemed too pricey. Do not recommend."
