"I have been going to this dealership to service my Cadillacs for years. The service was great, but then after the pandemic you would be in the dealership for HOURS just for an oil change. The oil change before this one, I had an appointment for an oil change, arrived in time and three hours later they hadn’t touched my car. I had to leave to go to work, so I came back and it still took two hours for a simple oil change. Spending five hours in the dealership for an oil change did not make me happy and I had decided after I finished my last Advantage Care oil change I would not be doing business with them anymore. I had to return today for my last Advantage Care Oil change, but this time I was in and out within an hour. They made me change my mind that I would keep doing business with them, and I will remain there long as they are not taking an inordinate amount of time for a simple oil change."
