"I dropped my vehicle off at 7am for an oil change. Which I was the first person to arrive . I was pleased with the Lyft service back home I was DISPLEASED with the time it took to service my vehicle, 8 hours. Never once did the service advisor call to explain the delay. My oil change was complimentary, not sure if that matter but I was completely disappointed with the complimentary service provided."

"Usually I get 5star treatment. Not so this time. Had to make an appointment for regular maintenance, dropped car off which took 3hrs. I usually wait while car is being serviced which is usually no longer than 1hr 30mins. When I picked up my car, the interior wasn't vacuum or wiped down and they did not wash the exterior. This is the first time I had this experience with Infiniti of Novi and I've been dealing with them for 9 years. Thinking time for a change."
"Great customer service and break down of things I need to have done in the future. The Assistant Service Manager took care of me. He brought Service Back to the good old days. The people to take care of me is no longer there and I'll tell you what I was considering leaving going somewhere else but not after today great job."
