"I stopped by this store earlier this week to do some window shopping and was APPALLED by my experience with the older lady Donna. Truly I felt UNCOMFORTABLE and pressured to purchase something I was not ready for. I was just getting ideas for my daughter’s birthday but she made it a mission for me to BUY. Im not sure if she is new to Fossil, but they need to revisit their customer service and retrain their employees. I will not be shopping in a Fossil store again after this. When I went home and saw the bag/wallet I bought were cheaper on Amazon I thought I might cry. Brick and Mortar stores are struggling because of bad customer service like this! So unhappy!"
"This is a great Fossil location. I’ve purchased several work bags and now a hybrid smartwatch from them. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Nobody has ever been pushy or demanding. I’ve never had a negative or high-pressure experience. It’s always worth the trip to Twelve Oaks for this store."
"Came in today already knowing what I was looking for, however, William (blonde younger man) greeted me with kindness, and pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for. I was on the phone with my mom and he respected my space while also being close by if I needed something. He even used left over gift wrap for my purchase (it’s a Valentines gift) because my mom on speaker phone said something about wrapping it. No charge. Really sweet and nice, definitely knows how and when to give customers space/check in on them. Thank you for the positive experience William!"
"Great store - we have come here many times. Sometimes just to look around and get ideas of what new styles are new. The staff is really great. They are always helping with suggestions on color matching or different styles. Pointing us to sales rather than just the new more expensive items. I always feel fair treated and well taken care of. Over time I have come to appreciate not only the store but the brand. Not a single watch has failed on me. From smart watch to automatic watch I have tried a few different models and am excited for the upcoming series."
