"The people that work here are very unwelcoming, the old man was giving me a dirty look the entire time. And the woman that helped me what an attitude . I felt so uncomfortable going in here. Just think of Julia Robert’s in Pretty Woman. If you know you know. I will never set foot in this place ever. What an awful experience. Shame on this place. No wonder why no one is shopping in there on a Saturday afternoon . Go elsewhere folks."

"Avoid avoid avoid! Money gouging no-goods. Went in to ask if they could look at a pair of earrings of mine with a jeweler’s loop just to see if there was a metal marking and they tried saying they were going to charge me $100 to “send them out”. The lady was smiling and I laughed in her face because I thought she was actually making a joke, but I guess she really thought she was justified. The other worker looked equally as confused, so I’m guessing it’s not their standard procedure based on her reaction. I chose to go to my normal jeweler in Royal Oak instead, but was hoping to find someone a little closer to my new home. It DEFINITELY won’t be these clowns!"
