"This is green meat I never expected this and it is 20 miles from my house. I tried to call to see if I could take it to the store closer but won't or just hang up on me several times. No meat ever again SAM"

"I am usually not this vocal but the way I was treated was terrible. I tried asking 3 employees for help. One pretended not to hear me and walked away. The other said they would go get help but never came back. And the last one said it was not their department. I have never had this BAD of customer service IN MY LIFE!"

"Ordered a custom cake and selected time and day for pick up. I was in store for other items and stopped by the bakery and inquired about the cakes as it was my first time ordering online. I was told the baker (clearly singular) was horribly swamped and told him days ago she wasn’t accepting many more orders. I was surprised mine went through, but pleased. Two days later I get an email cancelling my order due to lack of supplies. It’s a simple round cake, not anything fancy. You didn’t run out of supplies. You are a poorly run facility that isn't properly staffed and has one poor woman making every order that’s submitted under the sun. Shame on you Walmart. No wonder everyone leaves to other stores. You treat people like thieves when they leave (checking receipts) and don’t care for their own workers being properly staffed to be able to handle orders received since they clearly don’t have a limit to what they accept."

"This location recently had a renovation. They have deeply discounted clothes and $1 racks in the back aisle of the store. They have a great pull-up car grocery service. I loved ordering my food online and reserving a time to pick it up. It has made my life easier. The staff is nice. The customer service is really helpful. If you find something without a tag or partially broken or damaged they have the ability to mark it down. Just go ask nicely. The bathrooms are at the back of the store near the Toys Isles. I should mention the toy isles have been moved to the back of the store nestled between the bikes and electronics department. Oh, I want to mention with the new renovation they have a lot of self-checkouts. These checkout may not take cash and none of them take Apple Pay. My fresh fruit and vegetables are always decent and cheap. I never really shop for meat or anything like this from any store that sells clothes and toys etc because people sit things down. I've seen employees just sitting the meat back like it wasn't warm sitting with the gaming consoles LOL I guess this could happen anywhere but I prefer not to buy the meat here but do what's best for you. People complain and it being messy. Sometimes it is. It's an understaffed store and people touch things. Lots of the time we buy the things we touch. Other times it doesn't work out. This is normal. I'm one of those people to touch clothes and toys. I've never had a bad experience here. I've ordered plenty of birthday cakes from here too. They have been delicious and super cute. Really affordable. I'm a big fan of Walmart for their prices and variety of things to look at."
