I took my sisters ring in that I bought her as a gift while out of the country, that the sapphires fell out of. The owner went over options with me, showed me price differences at different quality stones, showed me the actual stones before doing the work to make sure it was what I wanted, and went over every detail with me. He was friendly, fast, AND efficient. Him and his wife provided amazing customer service (which is impossible to find anymore!). I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone and everyone, and I will be a returning customer!"

I came in not having a clue about diamonds or rings and came out feeling like an expert. I’m positive I couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else. I wanted to create the perfect customized engagement ring and Jack took the time to sit down with me and go through everything, each and every time I came in. While building the ring, Jack starts by sketching out a ring concept based on your likes. Once a design has been made, he builds it on a computer, allowing you to adjust and customize each part of the ring. After that, he 3D prints the ring, allowing you to see how it will look prior to casting the metal. The ring he created came out perfectly, and I couldn’t have dreamt of a better ring (and my fiancé fell in love with it the moment she saw it). Sophie did an amazing job too, researching diamonds to find the perfect one for me and she always stayed on top of things to keep me informed of the progress Jack was making.
