"Unbelievable almost 2 years after our house fire we open up our “salvaged” items from serve pro and not only the smoke damage, water damage but the smell brought everything back, awful, how dare someone have no regard for the humans and only want to make money from the insurance company. "They couldn’t have done more. My finished basement flooded. They moved everything out of the area with water. They got all the water logged carpet out, dried out the basement, dried and saved the drywall, treated the basement for mold, came anytime I had a question and they’re also going to replace all the flooring including on the stairs. They showed me how to turn things off to prevent further damage and helped me with everything that needed to be done. They came in and did my upstairs flooring when I was out of town. The flooring is beautiful and I love it. They couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. A great company with awesome people."
