"They sd they allowed "drop offs" for snow tire change over. After 24+ hours, I called for an update, only because I needed to plan for picking up my vehicle. The lady him haws around on the phone, stating she "was trying but, blah blah..." I didn't care, however myself and the person I was with didn't even get whether or not it would be done that day when she hung up. No big deal. So they finished that eve and when I pick up my car, my one tire looked quite low.. One tire did not have enough air, even after driving it home.. I had to add air when I got home in order to stop all the dummy lights that went off all the way home. Still not a huge deal until I look at my rims. If I didn't know better, I would think someone put their hands in mud and touched every part of my 4 rims. They were filthy. So then I had to go get a car wash. They were priced way too high, even with purchasing snow tires from Belle. Discount Tire was $30 less without their little discount for buying their tires. Won't be back."
"Had an appointment set up, but my vehicle sat in the lot for over an hour before it got pulled in to the garage. Spent over 2 hours in total for new tires. I was told it was a busy time in November, so if I want good/punctual service to wait until January. I know it's a busy time, thats why I made an appointment. Am I missing something?"
"Found the problem that was affecting getting a proper alignment done to my Ford Flex and quickly got the job done the same day... on a Saturday no less. However, the price was pretty steep, glad I had the money that day..."
"After being told my car would be fixed by the next day we were then told, oh the part didn’t come in until the afternoon it would be done the next morning…not done again, again the next morning we call….parts not here it should be today. Interesting since you told us it was there yesterday. Say forget it and go to pick up the car, takes 10 minutes for someone to bother to come to the counter to help me. Finally get my keys and dragging my 18 month old behind find my car like this. Thanks. Don’t waste your money at Belle Tire."
