"The unprofessionalism that I have witnessed first hand from this company and the extremely rude manner in which they treat their paying CUSTOMERS is appalling. Frankly I don’t know how they’re still in business or have been in business as long as they have. The unfortunate part for this company (especially during these pandemic and tough times for businesses) is word of mouth and referrals are even more important to keeping customers loyal and retaining new ones. Good business is based so much upon integrity and this company from the top management down to the sales people have shown that is not big on their list of strengths or priorities. Very quick to take your money and feed you promises but absolutely horrible and incompetent follow through process- even down to employees disrespecting their own customers and calling them names. Unless you are a glutton for punishment and want months upon months of headaches and stress, I would advise you to steer clear of Advance Electric!"
"My boyfriend and I were treated terrible by the sales women. We almost did not buy our lights as the lady was extremely rude. Even told my friend that he had control isues."
