"Shredded a serpentine belt on a trashed idler on highway 75. Got a hold of Bob to see if he could do it. We were 90 minutes from home and it was already 4:30. We got our FJ over to him, he assessed the issue, got the parts and had us back on the road in 2 hours. Thanks Bob!!"
"If you're looking for an HONEST mechanic that's KNOWLEDGEABLE and fair on pricing, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!! I travel for work and am new to the Gaylord area. Noticed my car was leaking and took it to Bob's. Turns out it was the water pump. He explained to me everything that was going on every step of the way. Any other shop probably would have tried to take advantage of me because I'm new here and I'm a woman. But instead Bob educated me. I got answers to all my questions, a crash course on light maintenance and a good laugh. They got me back on the road in no time and I didn't have to take off work. I am forever grateful. These guys are amazing!!! 10 stars!!! Woman approved!!!"

As a young guy with little to no car knowledge, he walked me through some diagrams to make sure I understood what was happening."

I personally have had them work on numerous vehicles, some due to bad purchases on my part. They have never tried to upsell or be dishonest even when the vehicle was not safe to drive.
