"I got home from a trip to Florida to find my heating system was not working and the outdoor and indoor temperatures were dropping. JP was quick to respond and fix the system. Potentially saving me from freezing pipes."
"My furnace was making a nasty noise when the blower motor would start running so I called JP to send someone to look at it. They couldn’t find anything wrong with it which is great but then I got the bill and it was $125 just for them to come over. Plus $30 for the half hour the guy was there. I expected a charge for them to come out but I mean $125?! The receptionist should have told me about the fee when I called to set up the appointment. If I had known it would be that much I would have just bothered my friend instead. Too bad I didn’t think to ask but I feel like they should have told me their fee up front. Kinda shady if you ask me. I might as well have thrown my $155 in the trash for all it mattered. I won’t be making that mistake again."

"I had my baseboard heaters replaced throughout my whole home as well as having them fix the shower in our bathroom. They came out on time! They replaced everything stayed longer than they planned until they were sure everything worked as it should. We have been doing tons of improvements on our home and they were and still have been the only company to come out and do the work on time as promised. Amazing guys who came out! The heaters look amazing! Will be using this company for regular maintenance and all other work I can find."
