"Brought my truck in and they told me the engine was done. That I had metal shavings in the oil. I bought a new car as it was better than paying $8K + for a rebuilt motor. "I spent 2 months in Gaylord and had asked around about mechanics as I have a 2001 f250 diesel 7.3 and always want to know where I can take her if needed. Everyone recommended muffler man. The day before I left town I got an oil change and they told me my transmission line was bad. It was a Saturday at noon. Muffler Man closed at 1:00. Dominic got me in right away. It was just a bad hose clamp and he didn't charge me for the clamp his time or the half court of transmission fluid he taught me off with. Although it was brief, it was really great service and when I returned to Gaylord this will be my go-to mechanic. The shop was clean and everyone seemed friendly. It was very busy but you'll have that went offering a top quality service. Thanks Dominic!"
