"Ask the management would you have your mother live here? If not then get your act together and get a reality check because the management doesn’t see a problem with bed bugs bc they probably have bed bugs themselves with they dirty self."

"Hi,..I became a resident in this building via a joint collaboration between the V.A Hud vash (RPI) and Southwest solutions housing agencies. My story is on Google. Disabled and searching for a clean and quiet place to live.. we chose this apartment instead of a long list of others. Management and maintenance are the major problems along with their pathetic pesticide attempt to control and eventually rid the building of roaches. I would not recommend moving into this building. It's time to move ."

"They put all this cheap stuff up to make it look good. Everything falls apart or break then they want you to pay for it. My basement have been flooding for two or three months now. Plumber supposedly came to fix. My basement still floods. I have sand coming out of one of the pipes coming out of basement floor. My home smells because of it. But you bet not be late with that rent. I also have found out a year later they put eight evictions on my credit but gave my deposit back. Now I can't rent anywhere."

"I moved out 12/31/16 because I could not deal with the roaches and bedbugs anymore, yet the rent continued to go up $20 every year. When I moved I had to throw every piece of furniture I owned away so that I did not take any "critters" with me. The building manager at the time kept lying and saying that I renewed my lease 2months earlier then when I asked her to produce a copy of said signed lease she could not produce one. Then after I gave notice in writing, had the building manager sign the documents stating that I will get my full deposit because I gave sufficient notice at the end of my lease, they still decided to try and keep my deposits and charge me $52 additional dollars because "I didn't give sufficient notice"! I had to contact the regional building manager because the property manager lied again and stated I had not provided any notice even though she signed off on my Notice To Vacate. I sent in my signed copy and I received my deposit. I moved out to the suburbs where the area is more cleaner, quiet, rent is cheaper, no nosey neighbours and no loud ass disrespectful kids and I love it!!!"
