"This is the most expensive but worst apartment ever in history I’ve been here a year my windows been broke so when it’s cold it’s like your outside I had to move my bed and stuff in the front room because the manager told me they’re not ever going to fix anything. The manager went on vacation and Christmas weekend my water turned off because of them. This is not a place to live in for anyone. My apartment has been falling apart since day one and continues to get worst and my patience is ran out. To court with them is what I’ll be doing. DO NOT MOVE HERE"
"Maybe the beast location in Detroit. Has off street parking."
"Location is great but there’s a leak in the roof of the 3rd floor apartment that took them a month to address. And all they did was paint over the spot on the ceiling. It’s coming back surprise surprise. Apartments are nice but hastily built. The thermostat randomly turns from cold to heat or from off to heat so you come back to, or wake up to, a hot box, that you get the pleasure of paying for. Overall management is very slow to respond at best."
