"My very first place. Both the outside and inside looks better than most residencies in the city of Detroit. Basement. Small back patio. Water is included and it's income-based. Rent is 30% of income. You pay Electric & Gas. Little quirks here and there, yet maintenance does their job to keep the units functioning properly. Maintenance upkeeps the lawns/outside. Carpet and tile. Stove & Fridge. Inspections. Wouldn't recommend if your income changes a lot. Grateful for this place having a vacancy when I was graduating from college."
"Actually nice homes but the area is getting bad. The upkeep of the property is very good bathrooms need to be redone it's really what u make of it. Get an alarm system and have a car alarm and it should be fine."
