"Love this apartment! Maintenance is always quick to come whenever there is a problem in my unit maintenance tech Lincoln is always there to fix if fast and efficiently! Plan on staying here a long time and cannot be any happier with the customer service that has been provided to me! MacArthur Manor gets 5 stars and so does the maintenance man Lincoln gets 5 stars as well!"
"I love the area, very quite and close to everywhere I need to go. Tina is a real good manager I never had a problem. she is very polite and knows what she is doing. When I needed anything down to my home it's done with in a timely manner. Only thing I don't like is the parking. I feel at least one spot should be reserved for each house. I know it's more then one person living in a house with a car but I feel at least one spot should be reserved with our address on the parking spot. it's been plenty of nights where I had to park far from my house. I hope in the near future this issue can be resolved with parking."
"I've been living here 1 1/2yr. It's very quiet. I love my place. Anytime I need something fixed Ms Tina gets right on it and takes care of it. She is not only professional but always pleasant and helpful. Last year I had a problem with DTE thinking I had a commercial acct instead of residential. Ms Tina stepped in to see if there was anything that she could do. She even followed up with me to see if the issue was resolved. The only thing that I don't like is the limited parking. We need assigned parking spaces with our address on a sign not the curb."
