"Nice complex. A friend lives there, like 3 yrs now. As I was visiting from out of town. We sat outside most of 2 days, very friendly neighbors who would stop by and chat."
"This place is a dump. Hallways stay dirty. They constantly breaking into people cars. Rent is sky high but doing no updates in apartment. Old everything in the kitchen. No locks on main door. Don't move hete ."
"I have to say this place is trash. Maintenance is hofrible, rarely around, and never finish repairs if you don't constantly call them. The washing machines and dryers are either breaking or already broken, costing you money when theres no sign saying so. The heating barely works, eithers its not at all or hellishly hot. The basements are riddled with leaks, mold, and dust, not to mention the basement windows are loose or deteriorating. All of that and yet the rent is high enough to drive some people out. Don't move into this complex, find a better one."
"Apartments are very clean and spacious. I have lived here in a 2 bedroom apartment here for 2 years now. Have had very little to no problems. Any problem or request I have had they were very quick and helpful with. I recommend living here"
