"Awful, don’t waste your time here. Believe the 1 star reviews!! the fools running this place are absolutely miserable people. They sent an announcement that you cannot put out bird seed because they associate it with rats coming into the buildings (truly incompetent) you’ll get a $100 fee for feeding squirrels/birds! I think they should focus on cleaning up those disgusting basements with bugs all over the place!"

"Despite the reviews about Rhonda, grateful for this place being accommodating. Angie, Christina, and Lisa definitely upped the level of professionalism during my time there. Buildings are older and basements need work, yet any maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner since the use of the app folio phone app. Ups and downs, but overall a decent community for the Warren area."

"New management has been amazing so far. My partner and I have lived here for 2 years now, so we’ve experienced previous management and current. I will say it has been a great starter apartment for us. New management is extremely prompt and thorough with requests/concerns. They take the extra time to make sure complexes are clean by vacuuming, disinfecting, and keeping the washer/dryer clean almost weekly. Very friendly people who want to make sure you are comfortable."

"I've been at fountain view for two years now. The new management is great! I love being able to pay my rent online (no fees using my bank acct) and being able to request maintenance online. My heat broke and along with fixing the heat, maintenance installed a digital thermostat which I was super excited about. Maintenance came the same day I did the request and not only fixed the thermostat, but also the bedroom door that had been stuck since I moved in. Overall not much has changed with my apartment with new management, but I'm currently looking to renew my lease next month. Fingers crossed I get the new vinyl flooring the other apartments in my complex have because I'm not a fan of the current carpeting"

"I enjoy living here tremendously. I like Rhonda a lot, she was very kind to me and my partner during her time working as the property manager. This new property management team is absolutely amazing. They’re taking such good care of the properties, and putting forth a great effort in renovating the units, and bringing more life to the complex. The Manager and Assistant property manager are very kinda, well spoken, and genuinely seem to care about the residence and the property in general. Thanks ladies- we appreciate everything y’all!"
