"The worst complex ever, it's the projects on the other side of 696 only stayed one year. When it rains we have floods in the parking lot. Snow removal is a joke, they replaced the light post thru out the property and they still don't work. My front door has been broken since I moved in an still broke anyone can be at your door. Hate this place with a passion. Don't move here it's not worth the money or your security."
"THIS PLACE SUCK THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND I HAVE MADE SVERAL ATTTEMPTS TO ET THEM TO COME AND GET ALL THE PAINT OFF MY FLOORS I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR AROUND 2-3 WEEKS AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT DONE WHAT WAS ASKED."
"They never answer the phone I have been trying for the past month and half to get something done about my carpet, when they had someone come to replace my kitchen floor( which is not was not done properly) they place glue spots on the carpet, all they did was have a company come out to clean the carpet that doesn’t remove the glue spots, I have a crack in the kitchen floor, the floor in my bathroom (tile) is coming up. I have left several messages, emails and voicemail and as of 10/30/23 I have not received a call or email."
"I had to live here while my condo was being rebuilt after a fire... worst year of my life.. the crazy thing is the rent there was almost as much as my mortgage.. my truck was almost stolen 2 separate times.. plenty of riff raff to keep you on your toes. if your looking to get robbed or your vehicle stolen... and over pay for the experience this is the place for you."
"Manager just walked into the apartment one morning after I gave my notice I was moving out. Paid an the additional month and gave the keys early now its a 60 day notice so they kept my deposit and charged an additional $537 it will sit in collections until i need it gone. One month my payment was "lost" so had to pay it again. The unit was outdated and essentially held together with duct tape (leaks in ceiling and so on) constant rent hikes horribly ran, parking lot floods everytime it rains the list is never ending. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!! Moved out in June 2022"
