"They are unprofessional and rude. The judgement I had was 7 yrs old. I took care of it and paid it off. But they still denied me. And wouldn't let the person I was with fill out a new application to rent on their own. They could afford it. I've since got a house."
"Needed a place to stay in an emergency, and applied by recommendation from another good tenant. Paid the application fee and they turned me away by finding an unreasonable technicality, one that I could have been told upon application in person at the office. Would not allow me to add a cosigner because "since they already said no" they will not allow me to do what needs to be done. Then they tried to get me to reapply again and pay the fee twice. They are just out for your money and nothing more."
"They have a bedbug infestation! Which is why I left. I called the office one day to see if they had exterminated any apartments lately. They told me that they did indeed exterminate someone’s apartment for bedbugs. They were coming through the vents and into my apartment. I made complaints and even asked for my apartment to be exterminated and no one ever came. I started looking for a new place immediately after finding out. I literally threw away everything before moving into my new home. Below are pictures of the washing machine inside of building B. I was going to wash my clothes on my off day and noticed this before putting my clothes in the washer. I never used their washing machine again after I saw this. Don’t waist your money!"
"They have roaches REALLY bad and all types of different bugs! They are FILTHY!!!!! They come spray your apartment when you constantly call but the bugs never go away! DONT STAY HERE"
