"the apartments are nice and clean and quiet, but why in the world close the gate to 13 mile at random times? Just inconvenient for no reason."
"Management Is nice the apartment it self is nice but gnats take over the whole building one bad tenant ruin it for the whole complex gnats so bad can’t cook eat bath sleep nothing without them swarming you because the eggs are in the drains. Orkin comes out and do nothing but aggravate the gnats more. If you like living with flies gnats great place to rent from!"

"This place is a hot mess. The main door to the building is always freely open for anybody to walk in because nobody seems to care enough to fix the doors. When you ask the maintenance for assistance, the job is never done correctly the first time. Not all apartments were updated but as I know other residents I have seen other buildings and they are not all similar. The staff is not friendly and they say there are cameras but after all the break ins with no resolution I am sure that’s not the case. There has been a plethora of problems and the only positive is the amount of space you have for it being an apartment."
"Only planned to stay in our one thousand square foot, one bedroom for 6 months after our wedding. A year and a half later we're still here. Yesterday we called about a light switch and it was replaced in less than two hours.Everything is well maintained. They clean, paint, and maintain all common areas and grounds on a very regular schedule. They are professional and courteous. I really just cannot say enough good things about the way this place is managed."
