"Contacted this apartment to take a tour. The leasing agent Leah emailed me almost immediately to set up a time for me to come tour a couple apartments. She scheduled me to view the apartment on Labor Day. I showed up early and walked around a little. I called the number she told me to call so an employee could show me the apartment. No one answered my phone calls. I called another number that was on the apartment sign and no one answered. I left a voicemail and walked in to the leasing office but no one was there. I emailed Leah telling her that no one was responding to me. No one from the apartment complex ever contacted me back and this was over a month ago. I took time out on a Holiday to come view this apartment and was ghosted. It was extremely unprofessional and them not reaching back out makes it even worse. Luckily I found something way better but the way they went about this and how unprofessional it was is extremely astounding."
