"I toured a few units and really like the one bed + flex option. Units were clean and the property was well maintained. Building owners were helpful and responsive!"
"All nice and good until your lease is over. When it’s time to get your security deposit back… well, expect a big bill to “bring the unit back to new” . Although some repairs could happen, normal wear and tear is, by contract and law, expected. If the wear is beyond normal the least I would expect is an itemized bill and before and after pictures to prove it. You better keep you last month payment just in case."
"Will brandish charges to avoid returning full security deposit. Ive been waiting almost 3 months to even receive a check and they refuse to give an itemized list of charges due to their company “making a bulk” charge. All which is against Michigan’s rent laws. If u already live here, avoid paying last rent, that way they dont screw u over with the security deposit as well."
