"It’s sad because we pay enough for the apartment to AT LEAST be clean and have trashed picked up regularly and they don’t even do that. Once trash outside is full people resort to throwing trash in the laundry room. Cameras do not work. People steal packages. They don’t send out messages to residents about new activity, no one here knows what’s going on regarding this building. Trash overflow which will bring more rodents and sewage issues. unfortunate how it is in this building because it has great potential. Update: worked on the trash and have a consistent pick up routine. Worked with me through multiple apartment issues. Not in the most timely fashion but my problems were taken care of. You get what you pay for truly."

"They claimed they upgraded this place.... doesn't look like much to me for the price they want for rent plus there's no way for visitors to ring your apartment number when trying to visit you in the main entrance just only a bunch of mailboxes....you won't know if your company is in the entrance unless they call your phone.. plus this is a green light building i guess because of the area and the activity that used to go on there"
