"Wow this place is a hidden gem in the city! Formerly the Packard Automobile Showroom and designed by iconic Detroit architect, Albert Kahn, this building just started self leasing and managing, and the positive changes are very apparent. This is a very clean and quiet building. There is a private tenant park with BBQ grills, a private dog park, gated parking and very reasonably priced. The units are all different with a modern loft feel. The new management is extremely professional and responsive. I can’t say enough about 40 Hague. I did a lot of homework in my apartment search and so happy I decided to pick this place and now there is a brand new grocery store being built on the same side one block South!!"
